We have a self check-in process in place. However, if you need assistance or have any questions, your host is available by phone or text and lives just down the road.
House Rules
You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.
- 9 guests maximum
- Quiet hours: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- No pets
- No smoking
- No commercial photography
- No parties
- Please remove shoes when inside
- Shoes are to be worn when walking outside
- No food or drinks on the couch
- No watering of indoor plants
- No entry to ruin area or any roped off areas with a " no entry" sign
- No entry though wooden door to the other side of the castle
- Do not remove the charger next to the TV ( this is for the remote)
- No glass in the spa or grassed areas - there are plastic cups inside the pantry
Other things to note
We have a permanent resident who is residing in our guests house at the beginning of the property, located 50 metres from the castle. We ask kindly to please respect her space and privacy. Quiet voices when walking past this area.
We are surrounded by sub-tropical forest and get the occasional visit from all sorts of wildlife. We recommend wearing shoes when walking around outside due to the potential visit of snakes. We also have a regular pest control management service but please note due to our locations, bugs and spiders can be expected.
The second half of the castle is a private residence, but will be vacant during your stay. Please do not enter the wooden door that is signed with "private" inside or walk past the grassed area after the ruins.
At this time, there is "No entry" into the ruin area! The ruin's are currently under construction and getting repaired, so we have roped off this area and there is to be no entry beyond the rope. There are several roped off section with 'no entry' signs around the property for your safety. Please abide by these signs.
